We start by collecting fruits that have macerated in local Belgian beers. These fruits are rich in flavor, having absorbed the unique qualities of the brews. The only ingredient we add is sugar, which serves as a natural preservative, ensuring the jams maintain their delightful taste.
Not only does this method create a one-of-a-kind product, but it also contributes to sustainability. By repurposing these fruits, we save over 20 tons of fruit from going to waste each year.
