At Belgian Beer Jams, sustainability is at the heart of every jar. Our founder Rob began his journey in chemistry before shifting his focus to food sustainability, driven by a desire to create meaningful solutions. This passion led to the development of Belgian Beer Jams, where we transform leftover ingredients from the brewing process into vibrant, flavorful spreads. Initially, Rob explored the idea of making ice cream from the fermented fruit purée, but that vision evolved into the unique jams we offer today.

By sourcing premium fruit from Belgium’s iconic lambic and geuze breweries, we repurpose ingredients that would otherwise go unused. Our process celebrates sustainable practices, crafting jams in small batches with care. Through partnerships with local breweries, we save over 20 tons of fruit annually—an impactful step you actively support with each jar you enjoy.
