Cantillon Brewery has been making history since 1900, crafting beers through the unique art of fermentation. With over a century of expertise in their field and becoming more conscious of quality byproducts, an opportunity emerged to repurpose surplus fruit from their brewing. The fruity Lambic beer led to our partnership in capturing the essence of traditional Lambic beers into a tasty Jam.

Our partnership has created 3 authentic Jam spreads, all locally sourced from their home on Gheude 56 – 1070 Brussels. Each jar represents more than flavor. It’s a mission to rethink surplus, reduce waste, and celebrate ingredients at their fullest potential.

The Organic Cherry Jam is the perfect example of our partnership to create preserves. Curating a wild sweet cherry spread with flavor from the oak barrel it was first fermented in. Showcasing a luscious fruit blend of tartness, sweetness, and earthy undertones.
