The only ingredients we use are fruit from the brewing process (contains wheat, barley) and varying amounts of sugar, depending on the jam!
Yes! Each jar is crafted from high-quality ingredients with sustainability in mind. Our unique process captures the flavors of Belgian brews, preserving a trace amount of alcohol as part of what makes our jams so distinctive. While there’s slight residual alcohol, it’s well within safe limits and suitable for the whole family to enjoy, including children!

Before the start of the project, these fruits were all thrown away. They are now used to make these delicious jams. This process has allowed us to create a new, unique product.
Please refrigerate after opening and the jams will stay fresh for up to 6 months.
The Jams have a limit date for consumption of 3 years.
