In the Senne Valley, where tradition meets innovation, Gueuzerie Tilquin emerged as an inspiring partner for Belgian Beer Jams. Founded by Pierre Tilquin, originally sharing its brewing byproducts for garden compost, saw the potential to honor these ingredients for gastronomy. Based in Chaussée Maïeur Habils, 110, 1430 Bierghes; Gueuzerie Tilquin is the first gueuze blendery in Wallonia.

Our collaboration started with their blackberries which were turned into our tasty Tilquin Blackberry beer jam. Blackberries married with wild yeast in oak barrels, creating a rich spoonable spread with subtle oak depths. It was a success that blends well with a breakfast porridge.

The next creation between us was Plum Jam. Crafting the sweet and fleshy plum fruit into a sweet warm treat that pairs perfectly with desserts such as cheesecakes. We continue to collaborate with the innovative people of Tilquin and know we will bring more delights to your cheese board evenings in the future.
