Who are we?

We are a group of foodies & food consultants, bringing to market innovative products, all while supporting the circular economy and local producers.

 

On top of that, we like beer so much we not only want to drink it, but eat it too.

 

Working with local breweries and in a desire to prevent food waste, we decided to reuse the fruits, used to make fruit beers, and mix them into delicious beer jams. This is how the Belgian Beer Jams were born.

Sustainability

How do we make our beer-infused jams? We collect the fruits that macerate in fruit beers and we mix them into jams. The only ingredient we add is sugar (that we need as a natural preservative). On top of creating a unique product, this is actually saving +20 tons of fruit waste per year.

We are only working with local breweries, like Cantillon, which have been making beer for decades. The production of our jams is done in Brussels. By creating this high-end product we align with our beliefs of prolonging and promoting the Belgian brewing heritage around the world.
Our jams are produced by a small Brussels company that employs and trains disadvantaged people in order to promote social equity.
